Is what I'm assuming these guys are thinking. Just finished the yearling rack and moved all the yearlings over. Managed to build several 'hides' out of scrap material so they not only have a bigger space - but a bigger hide out!
The rack fits 10 bins altogether but I only have 8 yearlings xD
Anyways, here's just one picture -
this is Spitfire, a 2010 anery het amel, motley, hypo, lavender I purchased from
ophidile along side her sister, a normal het anery, amel, motley, hypo, lavender and a butter motley.
More pics can be seen here!

The other snake you see in those pics is a 2010 amel motley female whose name is Mango. She was the one who was more interested in exploring. Spitfire sortta dove into her hide and came out along the side to investigate my phone.

Indeed! Dad's beginning to get ready to set up the next rack system. Turns out this design/style will work for an adult rack as well! I'm gonna try to convince him to make it more than just five rows though so I can get rid of ALL GLASS TANKS - or at least try. Or I can try to help him with funds for a third one...if I can successfully get rid of all but maybe a few glass tanks I'll be happy. We'll probably be able to sell the original rack we made anyway - since its bulky and takes up too much space. I don't know yet - we'll see what happens when we build up the rest. Also gonna try to get some more wood myself so I can continue building custom hides for each bin and whatever tanks I have left..
Well I attempted to feed him live last week and he refused. As bad as it sounds, I literally left a live pink in with him for two nights just to see if he would eat on his own - and nothing. So i took the pink and froze it of course...and this week it'll be back to assist feeding him and the one remaining non-feeder (got one of the three to eat finally!)
For the most part. I've been sick for 10 days now but I'm dealing. A little later after I rest some more I'm gonna see if I'm up for feeding tonight (or just wait till tomorrow during the day). I've already done more than I should today building those little hides( took like an hour and a half but I'm still worn out xD)...but we'll see.
