A wonderful rerecipe for potatoe soup by

Ingredients:
3-5 medium Yellow flesh potatoes
1 small onion
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
A small amount of grated Broccoli
1 can of Evaporated Milk, 2%
4 or so cups of 2% Milk
Method:
Cook the vegetables in a small amount of water (covered) until tender.
Add: the evaporated milk, the regular milk, salt & pepper. Mash or blend to desired consistency
Add 4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled. (the picture shows your regular old bacon bits)
I let it sit and cook for atleast an hour and a half.
Simmer, do not boil.
Serve with Bread and Butter, with some shredded cheese on top of the soup!
I made a pot of this a little bit ago, fell asleep due to being sick, my whole pot was ruined because my bottom burned. ;___;
