Luckily I dont get itchy often, though during the growth process, most complain of itchyness at first :) Sometimes, just gotta bear it out, and after awhile it'll be okay ^_^

Yup! That's why we decided to let things be pretty loose. The more you have a strict schedual, the easier it is to break it. No plan to speak of, no way to be disappointed if it doesn't go to plan :p
