That's Zeke Invidia. I doodled him one day and I decided that he is Kit's love interest. It's a love-hate-tease relationship.

Zeke's cool. He's a thief. That thing around his neck is a collar and dangling from the collar is an Arcadian ring he stole. There's one on his tail too.
