Firstly: please use the full view, as the smaller views ruin the orange colour. That's what I get for using a non-web-safe colour but it took me ages to decide on it so I wasn't going to lose it.



Wow! I finally got around to commissioning a reference sheet for my character, Theta. It's done by  thunderwolf52 and she has done a fantastic job. I love the expressions; they are truly wonderful. In fact, I was originally planning to do another commission for an icon, but the happy head was so good there was no way I couldn't use it. So as you can see he's some kind of husky...tiger...thing. Basically I wanted to have the dog personality, but couldn't pass off having tiger stripes and colouring. I also didn't think normal tiger stripes would work so I came up with this funky design. If you want to get a better look at his back stripes, I have a very bad reference sheet here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6383788/ that I created as I figured that I wouldn't be able to communicate the pattern very well. It also serves to demonstrate why I will be sticking to commissioning for the foreseeable future. Seriously, don't click that link unless you have to, the artwork is terrible.

So...yeah. My first piece of furry art and I couldn't be happier. Expect to see more in the future, as I've slowly been building up ideas I want to commission. Exciting times are ahead!
