I'm sorry it's so late, but I'm not that good at le arts, but I tried a newer way to shade and stuff. so this was my first attempt.
Anywho, to sum things up, I was once a fat dragon, but I owe Koku and Raz a lot because they were the ones I looked at and were the ones who made me change into a muscle dragon (oh how sappy). So that's a fat Colin belly, then a Koku arrow, and the final product is an eight pack with huge pecs :3
Yes, I am bringing back the collar a bit more and yes, that is a lil leash. Like I said, this big dragon owes them a lot -\\\\-
A-again, thank you so much for your amazing work Kokuhane and (a late) Happy Birthday! It's not much, but I tried and will do better next year!
