Yeah. Her hairstyle was born when I drew a hybrid of Pikachu, Meowth and Clefairy. It had the tuft of hair like Clefairy and I played around with it until it I made it Eclair's hair style.
By the way, I started drawing the first page for a PMD comic today ^^ so keep checking back or something to see when I put it up.
