A remix of "Nemo" by Nightwish.
Pretty fond of the original track, it was quite powerful and I upon reading that the composer based it on his feelings of being lost, longing for the past and feeling nameless (and that "Nemo" is latin for "Nobody")...well, I wondered what a slower, more orchestral version would sound like.

And well, you can take it from there. One Sunday spent juggling this, gaming and a driving lesson (instead of doing work) and here we are. Originally was aiming for a vaguely lullaby-like sound but decided to try and blend this with the grander, orchestral feel. Hopefully I've achieved this to some extent.

As such there was some time spent (during exporting and converting) pondering on the title, which was originally going to be something along the lines of "Nobody's Lullaby" or "Song of the Nameless" but in the end I decided sticking to something simple would be best. I could have called it "Nobody" but felt that going for something besides a translation would be better...something linked to the feelings of the song...and hence, "Nameless".

Made in LMMS, slight adjustments and conversion done with Audacity, bad thumbnail made in the GIMP, yada yada, produced using only Free and Open Source Software (FOSS).
