I wanted to do a picture of my skulled-horse Ilex, and when I read that the contest theme at the DA anthro community was 'Vintage' it was a perfect excuse to make it happen.
To go for a grubby look, I used Art Rage again, and I really love it. It's the longest I've managed to use the program without getting confused and annoyed, all because it isn't my beloved photoshop. However, I used a bit of photoshop for textures and shading.
I am a pleased pony. Though I can see myself going back and changing something very soon...
