For sure this penguin had the best voice out of all the penguins.

... though, generally every voice in that series was the best one. :3 (only standout being the Arkham Game's Riddler being superior)

A very cute style! I appreciate that it captures the underlining sadness of his character. (Seriously though, watching 'Birds of a Feather' gets me pretty teary eyed just from seeing Oswald's genuine despair of finding out that Veronica was only going out with him as a joke.)
