Yay :D I've been waiting for you to watch me!
As for the story, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I love how you can include cute little childish aspects of the story yet make it enjoyable to read ^^
I also love how you add noises to the dialogue
Keep writing great stories bro ^^

It's what makes me happy, so you have no worries in the writing stopping anytime soon.
I'm glad you find the sound effect notations fun. I learned them from a writer I loved to read by the name of S. D. Perry. It's so hard to describe a bolt of lightning or a door opening. However, when you announce the noise and then add a simple description, it is just so much easier and more fluid.
Here's to good times, Kiba! I'm looking forward to your forthcoming collabs and music projects. :)

That's awesome to hear, Kiba! How do you feel so far? Will there be musical postings soon?
Thanks always for your kind words and for being a part of my work. It'll be fun to follow you as you grow your talents here and bloom into a fine musician and respected, creative force here on FA, and beyond. :)

Yosh did have some rotten luck on this misadventure. And, as you can guess, it's not selling him on how being a big boy is better than being like his sister, Winry, who can go potty wherever and whenever she wants without the bother of making mom and dad mad at his timing or having to hold it when it is no fun to hold.
This story was really fun, too, as I managed to write it in an hour with even distractions going on around me. I didn't even realize how long it was until I condensed it down to 12 font and thought, "Whoa!" :)

Haha, I do like desperation stories! 8D So this one was neat, even for somethin' that moved fast, I guess he really built up a bit of pressure in his sleep. And he got close and did well enough anyway. It's tough adjusting to diaperlessness but I'm sure eventually he can try them out again!
This was a fun, quick write. I'm actually trying to get better at what you are able to do, which is make a good work without dragging it out unneccessarily. :)
As for Yosh, I think he'll be napping a lot better for the rest the trip. Who knows, next time he has to go in the car, he may just let his loner diaper take the hit. Logic being mom and dad would wind up throwing it anyway in the end anyhow, right?
As for the future, I know a dragon, a fox, and a hamster who kind of help this aspiring lad find his way back to the padded comfort he once so loved. ;)

They are. *Pouts* Being a big boy is tough work. *Looks towards his sister* Especially when you know your sister can just go back to sleep and go in her diapers when big boys can't and have to get all fussy and hurty while waiting to get to a potty and that is bad and makes dad mad and then mom gets all worried and... *Trails off into five minutes of quacking*
...You understand, right? *Looks hopeful*

That was adorable x3 I'm glad that I helped inspire it. And it's really well written too. Though I have to admit it wasn't very smart of Yosh's parents to not bring a change of clothes. This kind of stuff is bound to happen. Either way, at least he got what he secretly wanted in the end ^^
I'm really glad you liked the story, Aura. I had it in mind all week and being able to write and share it for your thoughts and opinion makes my weekend complete. :)
As for Yosh's parents, they do have a change of clothes, but buried in the trunk with all the other stuff for their trip. :( Perhaps next time they'll remember to have them in a more accessible place in the event such a situation does arise. :)

Maybe. Though, in a way, this is yet another point in Yosh's life that makes it oh-so hard to not want to get himself back into a comfy nappy on a more regular basis.
In a way, Yosh's life is like Star Wars. The force being of being a big boy and being padded. The padded side is strong and hard to resist and, over time, eventually overcomes our hero as he becomes, once more, a padded one. :)

This is true. Sharing and caring is more of a cubby / hatchy trait so, logically, being a padded one does seem like the good side of the force. Especially when, *giggles* you don't have to resist "the force" :)
*Blushes* D'aww. If I may ask, what color is your lil' cutie? :)

How super-duper cute! Cool blue hair with a adorable green nappy to go with his energetic orange self sounds ultra cool!
When I played through, I got a red one with dark-green hair and a black diaper that had white spots. My wife got one with purple hair, a dark blue body, a green diaper. Good times!
<LoL!> It is best when you just let the force flow through your body. You can then harness its might however you please for warm, soothing comfort on those forthcoming cold, winter nights. *Giggles*

This is why young, padded ones have Caretaker Masters to ensure the force does not ever overcome them.
Caretaker Masters of course know the best diapers to pad their allies with to ensure maximum harnessing of the force with minimal rash impact. As such, padded ones are able to flourish and succeed in environments that big boys quiver from having to deal with the ever unpredictable bladder and bowel monster that lurks inside us all. :)

Wow... Almost a decade from this submission hehe... I'm arriving quiet late. What an interesting and cute story. Car trips clearly could have those "complicated situations". It really requires a lot of planning if you don't want to have bladder troubles in your trip, a lot more if you have young ducks hehe. I liked pretty much the story, it is really nice and cute how you wrote it and how you described the poor Yosh agonizingly wanting a "release".
I can also tell you that in my country this can be an even harder things since our roads usually go around mountains where there is literally nothing in miles. Not to mention that in certain places and at certain hours the traffic is crazily slow because giant trucks have to take closed curves in the middle of the mountain. The poor Yosh wouldn't have any chance in that situation I can say :P

Thank you for reading this old story. I wrote this when I first started to become comfortable in Yosh showing and using his diapers.

Given the situation of not having many places to stop to use a potty, I think Yosh would just pee his pants and expect to get one of his sister's diapers. Since he is part duck, warm and wet pants would not be all that bad. They would be more like a warm bath to him. However it would not be enjoyable once it got cold.

I look forward to catching up on more of what you have done since I went on my on and off hiatus. Real life has really been tough. However I got a major source of stress all taken care of. This means I am better able to relax to good arts, replying to letters, and being more reliable in replying. :)

Thank you so much, Sweetie. I find that inspiring conversations, like those we are able to share, help me to come up with ideas that result in stories that I am really proud of.

I have had a number of real life problems appear over the past 2 weeks. My management of anxiety, stress, and depression has been very poor and, as a result, I am still very behind on so many fun things.
Please know that I value our friendship. You inspire me through your art. You also are the first artist who was able to help me see without ever having been able to ever physically view the art you do. This gift you gave by sharing your talents is one I hope to continue to enjoy with you as I am able to make time to write more stories.

Sending you happy thoughts of soft padding as you gallop over rainbows and comfortably rest upon the poofy clouds.
