I like dates.
Not the kind you might find in chocolates, or even the ones you nervously take with someone you just met on facebook 5 minutes ago…but dates as in, calendar dates!
Way back in January, I found myself overly impressed when I realized…shoot, there’s a lot of ones this year! 1-11-11 was kinda neat, and I commented on how many ones there was, before speedocub ‘wowed’ me by reminding me that, November is the 11th month (yes, I forget things like this) therefore, they’ll be a whole heap of elevens then!
I knew I had to do something special…singular numbers of similarity don’t drop up like this in a row all the time, and it won’t happen again until…well, ever I think.
I nearly forgot I was planning to do anything until like a week ago, and naturally I didn’t have anything prepared or even knew what I was going to do…kind of figured it out all today.
This piece is a bit of a rarity, despite the lacking shading, it was all done today, sketched inked and colored…normally I do sketches and inks in a period of several days as I like to take my time (or rather goof off as much as I can.) But I knew I had to get this done today else it wouldn’t count for the three elevens!
So…well, happy 11-11-11 sweety! It’s not actually a holiday (well there is one today but this picture isn’t associated with that) But rather just another excuse to let you know how much I love you, stay wonderful.

This is quite beautiful Boz.
Excellent physiques aside, I think you captured your characters showing affection extremely well here. I know you strive to showing emotional depth and deeper messages mixed into your artwork. Pieces like this I think epitomize that, and more often than you think other furs appreciate your art's content for all it's values.

We have just one more set of matching calendar numbers coming up this century next year when the 12th second of the 12th minute of the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year rolls around. After that happens just once on that day, the next won’t happen until the year 2111.
I think the upcoming Day of Twelves is definitely a cause for a party.
