Did this as a pic related to the "Constance Cat" comic I'm working on. The is Constance's father, who's in the U.S. Army.
Haven't given him a rank yet, but he ain't no GRUNT, that's for sure.
No first name yet, either. This is on a 2.5 x 3.5 inch art card. Done in pencil, Micron ink pen (for lining) and color from Copic markers. The sky is currently Photoshop Elements 7.
