I was inspired to write this after watching Jupiter and the Moon dance around each other in the night sky recently and then seeing this lovely photograph by author and astronomer, Phil Plait. And aye, apparently Jupiter doesn't have enough moons of his own to cavort with so he has to come flirt with ours... seems a bit outmatched, though.
(I love the fact that the moons of Jupiter are all named after his lovers... whoever came up with that was brilliant.)
