Well, he's my favorite character since ever! When I was a kid, I was hospitalized for 2 weeks and all I watched was Balto.... like everyday. I couldn't draw him in the style he was originally created in :( I tried :( so I'll just do him in my style anthro style :D

note: sorry for the repetitive blue pants thing.... I'm not the most creative person in the world eh :P
