buckhopper made a request for another appearance of The Swamp mare. This time showing her young soldier friend the morning newspaper and the great news!! (BTW, That is a REAL Newspaper in Louisiana!)

For once I got her a tad...overdressed!!

I really enjoy drawing the Swamp mare...yup Yup.

Thanks so much, Rabbi! Hah! Love all the little details you've put in this one. Not only is the swamp mare wearing her sleepers (nights are getting colder) but the soldier's mane is growing out. I love the way these pics are drawing out the story between these two! Thanks so much!!
