A character me and my friend used in an RP c: Best villain we ever made!

So he's a Python, but was super intelligent. His homeland was turned into a landfill site, something which most jungle creatures would despise, but not Scrap. He began to love the metal, and used it to create his own mechanical limbs out of scrap metal. Not only those, but he also made two robotic henchmen called Nut and Bolt (Who I'll draw later)
His goal is simple, TURN THE WORLD INTO ROBOTS. Yes.
