Cockatiels don't usually lay eggs unless they have a nest to lay them in. If she's laying eggs and doesn't have a nest, you might ask your vet about changing her diet. Random egg-laying that isn't in a nest usually means they're getting too much calcium. Egg-laying like that is also dangerous - they can get bound up and be unable to poop.
