The rain fell faster now, tapping hard against the shed's roof, it only served to deafen the anxiety and panic of the situation, I stumbled over myself before reaching the door, shaking as I pulled the latch shut, I turned my eyes back to the man from the house, he was bleeding from his shoulder, and out of breath "They heard us, no doubt, this shed isn't going to hold.. and well.. we're in no condition to run anymore.." he said quietly, his body relaxed as much as it could against a stack of wood to the back "So that's it then?" I sighed, listening to the hungry growls from just beyond the window "This is how the human race ends.. catching our breath while we wait to die." he looks up as I finish my words, grinning from ear to ear "You know.. I never thought to ask your name.."

Another wonderfully done song. The story being told is conveyed very well. It fits flawlessly. I also, very much like the story you wrote in the comments. I was confused a bit by the pronoun choices made, especially in the first sentence, but going back and reading it again helped. You could actually expend this short little written tidbit and make a story out of it with out marring the original intent. Keep up the good work. I look forward to your next one.
I ended up reading while the music was playing. I must admit it was rather properly included. >:3 there is a sense of anxiety and serious tone to this work while also having a soft yet bitter tone. The perfect inclusion for the words. Do keep up the good work as always~

The short little snippet of story there in you're description works amazingly to enhance the song, you know.
I really enjoy the sort of music you make, it's a fresh change from all the other techno pieces floating around here on FA. It's very graceful, or finite, no harsh beats or anything...this song in particular is something I might listen to before going to bed, it has that calming feeling!

Ahh yes,
I understand. I always have song ideas bouncing around inside my head. I think to myself 'what makes a musical piece so appealing to FA users?' What can I do to make my music unique, stick out from the rest? As I said above, I've never heard a take like this on trance before (it's usually more crowded with loops and whatnot, and heavier), so it stood out to me! Just keep on pumping quality things out buddy, and you'll get somewhere eventually!
