Here have some doodles as I try to flesh out Taffy’s brother Bard. And god I haven’t drawn her in forever (like what, last month? totes too long).

Bard’s a cheeky little thing with a fondness for journalism, pestering his younger sibling to her breaking point, and working extraordinarily late hours at his office. He smokes, has a strange speech quirk, and is more often then not loaded up on caffeine.

His parents think he got his behavior from watching too many old movies.

Little info on his weird looking tail there: both him and his sister carry a strong concentration of ink in their tails, Bard’s is a bit more liquid and extends further up the appendage. Taffy’s tail is more or less solid until the very end, that’s why hers appears longer then her brother’s. Both of them have the ‘magical’ ability to utilize their tails as weaponry, although only his sister would be so savage as to do such a thing.

He uses his as a chair usually. Or a coffee mug!
