No, it's just... Well, I should say.. "unique". I'm not into diapers, and my personal opinions are that Chozo aren't nearly THAT feathery nor into diapers themselves, but it's well drawn, and her angle works with the background that they used.
Also the cloaked spy getting ready to stab is funny when you actually notice him. I didn't at first. XD
