I know there's that trick that if you re-upload it then refresh it, it should show up as the highres version... but it isn't working on my end, so I figured better safe than sorry.

Unfortunately, no. I drew the picture at a larger scale, but then shrunk it down and saved it at this size. I no longer have the larger version. The link in the artist comments is as big and best quality as it gets. ;w;
