High Vista tower (as seen from a distance)
I finally got a pic of High Vista tower as seen from the side. This is the one I climbed a while back when I posted some pics from the top. This tower is 260 feet tall. Luckily we only have to climb it once a year.

Like all right-thinking people, I am afraid of heights. However, in this case you climb up the inside of the tower and have a "click rail" fall arrest system the entire time. The only way you could get hurt is if the whole tower falls over.
The scary part was being at the top. Even having two different fall arrest systems connected, I wasn't very happy up there.

If you don't like to climb high things, I can take your job XD riskier is better for me!
Vista? Why Vista? Can't be "High View", which means the same?
Vista makes me remember of my first language (portuguese) :p (Well, it would be called "Torre da Alta Vista" here, at least XD)
