If you feel a bit sleepy looking at this sketch, don't worry too much about it. That's normal. Just relax and forget about your troubles...

So, the character in question is some sort of hypnotist mousey fella, I believe. While I'm almost entirely certain Carrow would have been just fine with me drawing him in my usual style, the ref he gave me was in a rather cute cartoony style, and as a result I just couldn't help but play with the proportions just a little bit. Was kinda fun and different from my usual drawing, even if it is somewhat subtle.

Also, he didn't have a cane in the ref but it just seemed to fit so well. :P

I don't know how mouse-ish he looks, but I gave that one my best go. Sometimes I think it looks alright and sometimes I don't, I dunno. xD

Sorry 'bout the foot going off the page, just wouldn't quite fit. D:
