I really need to start practicing drawing grown ups. Simply because my comic is gonna be having quite a few of them and I just basically suck at adult anatomy and proportions and well...yeah this is

That's not necessarily a bad thing! There are many an artist out there who curse and shout about not being able to draw childish characteristics at all. In fact, childish characteristics are one of the most difficult things to get just right in terms of art. You should think of it more as a blessing than a curse. :3
Of course, still try and broaden your talent by practicing adult proportions, but as childish proportions come naturally to you in art then you should think of that as your "speciality", perhaps? ^^
Either way, you're extremely talented at what you do and shouldn't think any less of yourself. After all, you've done well at something most artists wouldn't even dare dream of. x3

Not that I have room to critique since my adult furs look like rubbish... But I think you did very well on the proportions. The only thing I think that looks off are the forearms. They kind of bow out a little too much for my tastes...

Oooh, not bad for a practice. I agree with Grapegrape that she does kinda look more like a teen, but to a cub teens are practically adults. *giggles* So it kinda works out.
On another note, I kinda like how you used her arm and tail as censors... for some reason it adds an interesting touch to the picture.
