Graphite piece worked on while en-route to AC.
Unnamed vampiric deer thing again, moping about some statues. It seems to be what vampires do.. which is probably why I absolutely hate the concept of them.

Speaking as someone of at least a bit of Romanian ancestry, what most people think of as a vampire is a purely Victorian invention further warped by Hollywood. Vampires in traditional European lore didn't brood, they rotted in the grave and had breath that stank of decomposing flesh and congealed blood. They also weren't "deathly" pale... they tended to be flushed red and slightly bloated with the blood they'd consumed. They were closer to what people now present as zombies than the vampires of Buffy and such....

Gorgeous work here. I love all the detail, and you really captured the broody vampire look.

OMG!!! This is amazing! I absolutly love this piece and I love the emotion that is behind the eyes! And the different directions of the graphite really adds to the piece giving it a much older feel and a more personal touch!!! WOW! I really truly thing this is an amazing piece!
