You should try showing Harvest, Vixen Swordedge, Rio, and Scarlet Blaze in outifts like this one.

I could almost imagine how the harem girl look would go for some of your other female characters:

Harvest: For her, I see her black pants being translucent (not transparent but sort-of see-through), her blue shirt reduced to a typical harem girl-esque top (showing off her belly, shoulders and chest a bit, and with the sleeves as translucent as her pants), her hair made up into a topknot braid. Her slippers would fit into the harem-girl look.

Vixen Swordedge: For her, I could see her in a variation of harem pants (opaque and the same color as her leather bikini), and her hair in a topknot braid. Barefoot can work for her.

Rio: I could see a translucent blue pants look (with the pants ending at the ring anklets), a blue top to match her vest, and maybe a blue translucent beil over her nose and mouth.

Scarlet Blaze: For her, I could see the harem pants look applied to her fishnet leggings (imagine it being like her usual fishnets, but billowy like the silken pants of a harem dancer), her red leotard made into a harem girl's top (baring the belly and and chest, but with the fishnet material over both), and her face veil red and opaque (keeping to her ninja-esque anonymity). As for her feet...I could see them in a pair of sandals, with the fishnet material covering her feet.

Also, I could imagine how they'd feel about being in or act wearing such attire:

Harvest: Being the tomboy that she is, she'd probably be looking at her outfit, angrily thinking, "Okay, who's the soon-to-be-dead-person who put me in this get-up?!"

Vixen Swordedge: You did bring up that she's a bit of flirt, so I could see her acting all alluring and flirtatious in her outfit.

Rio: Well, give her reaction to being made a bit bustier, she would likely be surprised at her outfit in a "What the f***?!" kind of way.

Scarlet Blaze: I could honestly see her using her outfit as a distraction, while she readies a weapon to strike someone down.
