Early televisions were actually just toasters with screens. The toast particles heated up and formed a picture, causing the signals to jumble and them reform perfectly onto a screen in front of the viewer. The only disadvantage was that you could not make toast and watch tv at the same time. However, the more toast you consumed, the better quality the picture was. Often families would have toast parties to break in their brand new television.
A mysterious television released at half price; once thought to be just another knock off turns out to be so high in quality, it produce pictures so real, you could very well touch them. Here we find an ordinary man about to go through extraordinary circumstances as he unscrews the door to The Twilight Zone.
