Testing out a method from

Oooh, nice. I like how he's got a bit of a shiny glow/aura around his head, most noticably starting at his hair. The shades and collar look neat on him as well. Good use of transparency effects on the darker shades of blue against his body at the bottom corners of the pic as well. :)
