Honestly I've never reead this comic before but this page alone has made me bookmark the main site and tommorrow I'll be going through the archives.

Hehe, thanks! I hope you like it. The earlier comics in the series have a completely different feel (more like a newspaper-style comic strip than a traditional comic book).

I greatly enjoyed them, though no where near enough updates with Eddy in them.

LOL, yeah, I need to use him more. I'm going to make an entire story revolving around him and Jeff soon after this arc is done.

Eddy is a jerk in this comic. He needs to cut poor Seth a break ;-; it's obvious he misses her and just wants to talk his sister again. Also your backgrounds are so amazing, like they are just flat backgrounds yours always have depth to them. Like the way you draw the trees and how they are laid out. Love it babe.

That last panel has me thinking I know how Seth became a guardian.

I think you are thinking what I am thinking ... I think. I too am a big brother with a younger sister and can imagine how Seth feels. This is also why I think I understand how he became a guardian. The only part that messes with my idea is if the "home" Seth is referring to is not just a different city or yown on Earth (or whatever this anthro planet's name is XD).

Thanks! Trees are incredibly fun to draw. I probably could have gotten away with more details, though. And I noticed a couple spots where I goofed it up and didn't catch it... ahh well.

the best part. it only looks like it MIGHT be an answer. it could very well not be an answer, but it still raises the same questions!

an entirely different question that get's raised is if a situation like the teacher sex scandals ever happen with the guardians.... :U random thought... very uncomfortable random thought. actually it isn't random, since guardians have a role as a kind of teacher/psychologist counselor, and those professions are kinda linked with sexual scandal as far as one on one stuff. something like 80% of religious counselors have admitted to having feelings develop for someone that they are counseling....

I just noticed that you never really close the lines of the faces in when you ink them.

Only on certain characters. Others get the full line treatment. I just imply the shape whenever there's scruffy hair on top, like with Seth and Eddy.

Hey, did Eddy really had to do that?? Even if Seth isn't allowed to deliver that letter to his sister, there's no need to burn it. I mean, it takes some time and effort to write a letter to someone you love. Destroying it like that, seems cruel to me Poor Seth...
