Yes he is supposed to look dirty. (mentioned that this dragon was a hero so I made him look roughed up a bit). REALLY hope you like it. I spent a lot of time on it.

I HATE plain color backgrounds...but I didnt want to make a real one so I kind of created a few marks on it with a different gray...
