Brown & white 'Renzik' (C) iPoke and Su-Al
Grey and silver 'Dante' (C) me - and for scale it's 440m long

Version 2: Renzik is a salvage ship. I *believe* the arms are there to grab onto other ships, allowing the screw to safely break off larger pieces for further subassembelly. In this case the crew of the Renzik seem to have gotten ahold of the Dante. They have in fact taken off the starboard particle cannon. I do hope they've turned the batle computer off properly...
