I would have to say that's probably one of the creepier renditions of Minerva I've seen. Only seems fair that she gets the chance to psycho crusher a few folks, tho', considering what sorta trouble she usually gets into when involved with art on FA. :)

Creepy, well drawn, and it actually makes sense when you consider M. Bison from the Street Fighter series.

In order to fully master his Psycho Power (best thought of as the Dark Side of the Force), he had to eliminate all the good in him, which them embodied itself as the female mystic Rose in the Street Fighter Alpha series.

Later, as M. Bison saw the need to create a new body for himself just in case he got killed, we got Cammy, with his plans to transfer his consciousness into her.

So a female version of M. Bison isn't really all that off.

But back to the point, creepy and well done.
