Do you know how hard it is to make a chibi creeper face? I do now. I'm not very good with humans, but it has a kind of creepy ugly cuteness to it...
The tentacles have pipe cleaners in them so they are semi-posable, and the lapels and shirt and tie are all made out of felt.
