One for meat lovers among us, these little tasty treats are mostly meat! A novel blend of bacon, ham, peperoni and beef from the kitchens of
gregcole
2.5 kg of lean ground beef (should aim for 3)
Seasons (optional)
5 eggs
4 pepperoni Sticks
300 g of ham
2 packs of bacon
put about 1 egg for every lbs of beef as a binder mix in any seasoning then lay thhe bacon out first on a tinfoil covered cookie sheet.
start with some ground beef in a line from one side of the cookie sheet to the other. make a valley in it for the ham
apply the ham through the valley and cut off any excess
add more ground beef to the line covering the ham. patch the gap between the bottom and 2nd lay with beef.
Put two rows of pepperoni sticks for the eyes and cover with the last of the ground beef. the wrap in the bacon that its sitting on.
have another pan ready so that the crease of the bacon will be on the bottom.
Cook at 450 till internal temp it 160
