This lovely piece was done by the generous  Madame-Dei, as a prize for a kiriban (This is a shrunken down version, as the original is 6000X4500 and 10.4 MB). It is a family portrait of Kava, Kriv, and Balasar (from left to right respectively), from my series, The Civilized Savage. Kava and Balasar are dragonborn, and Kriv is a gnoll, as depicted in the Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition RPG system, where they were originally concepted.
