I'm a shy girl. And I dress modestly, never got a boyfriend ever in my life (only until now and only cuz I went to him and not he come to me, gah that was hard x.x)
But really, dress like a slut, be treated like a slut! Want to be treated right, dress modestly. Stop showing off your cleavage, your belly, wearing too short of skirts/shorts!
You dress like that, you will attract the wrong guys, and intimidate the good ones.
Although, girls do like assertive guys, not all girls this is just a generalization here. Just go up and say hi, it's hard but if you do it, it will pay off.
