This is the first concept of Triumph for K-9 Agency. And yes, this is Triumph: The Insult Comic dog as an anthro. Even though he has his "powerful" sense of humor, he is a hero along with Rufus, Tiger and the others. This was supposed to be put up almost a month ago, but that was before my hiatus. It is pretty rough, but hopefully it is enjoyed. I can't say I am officially back yet, but I did feel the need to put something up. Hope everyone is well.
