He is a dragon.

and he is homeless.

I was inspired by this from all the homeless people I see all the time in Memphis, Tennessee. A city with an extremely high poverty rate.

I've learned that not every person who is homelss is miserable or lazy. So people should not be quick to judge.

Devil likes the fact that is he homeless. He was homeless since he was 15. At first it did suck that he had to steal or lie to get what he wanted in order to survive, but he never did anything to earn him a jail cell. His mama taught him better than that.

To him, being homless, means he can go whereever he wants to and do whatever he wants to, whenever he wants to. Basically, Devin feels that living on the streets is freedom..and not oppression. Almost like a free spirit.

Oh sure, anyone can assume he is mooching off of the rest of society, But think of it this way, are we no better than he is regardless of our status.

We all would like the freedom to push aside our responisibilities, our schedules, our obligations, our deadlines...to be able to just live the next day as if it were our last.

Because isnt that what life is all about?....pursuing our forms of happiness?
