The thought process went like this: Hmm it's almost Halloween, Halloween means pumpkins, nah pumpkins are cliche, pumpkins are gourds, gourds include squash, squash can look phallic, so I'll put the girl riding a squash! I ended up drawing her riding sidesaddle though, so it's not too racy. Also, it's straightneck squash. Crookneck would have looked much more...well you know!
