Something I've been working on between school projects and commissions. When I was little, my grandmother would take me to a park in St. Petersburg full of banyan trees and I would spend the whole day pretending I was a monkey or leopard as I climbed them. They seemed so huge to me, and I loved the ways they twisted and turned so beautifully. I miss those days.
This whole piece was just experimenting with new techniques. I really want to play with lighting more, less line, and it was refreshing to do a colorless piece. This is more of a rough draft to where I'd really like to go with the idea, so hopefully I'll have a chance to revisit it soon.

I want it back!
