"Organism of Unusual Anatomical Configuration" #1: The Beast of Judgement
This is a request from an... anonymous watcher.
While labled an "O.U.A.C." by the authorities, this monster has gained an "executive reputation" of it's own.
The people formally dub this monster: "The Beast of Judgement"
Every year, in any given part of the world where conflict exists among human beings, this creature appears to enact death and debilitation. One head exhales flames to reitre the unworthy; the other exhales freezing storms to put the guilty in their place; and the main head (usually consealed) exhales poisonous smog to weaken any survivors of it's raid.
Some people consider the creature sent from divine vigilence to punish sinners, as it's target cities were previously suspected of excess crime and greed. The reason as to why the monster strikes specific parts of the world remain unknown and unconfirmed, for it is possible to believe that the judgment and deviant cruelty of sentient beings is what truely makes a monster.
