I am told this is a genet. To which i say, okee dokee. Because quite frankly it looks to me like the angry and resentful love child of a wolf and a fox, and as horribly logical as that would be, it's not quite an image i entirely approve of.

But anyhoo, this was a vaguely firstish attempt with corel painter essentials to paint whatever in one layer with as few brushes and blenders as possible. Because i somehow find it rediculously pointless to use much of anything at all in the program, pleasant though it may be.

Reference photo used at beginning, then discarded. So it looks nothing like this. But is featured in "All the World's Animals Carnivores" if that means anything to anyone. credit credit.
