I have been meaning to do that. I've just never got 'round to it.

in my opinion its enough to either have a propper pair of nippers and just cutting it off with that or a hobby knife. those are both tools you need for building models, anyway so you dont have to blow money on a file^^

also, my package just arrived (6:53 am, what the hell XD) and by the box content i can already tell that the model will look awesome when its finished :D

its the awakening eva-01 so all green pieces are now bright orange. in the box you get all the pieces to build either the awakened evangelion with the glowing arm, the missing left shoulder pylon, the wide open eyes and the halo above its head (like this: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_YF1tNfQVN.....w/s1600/7.jpg) or the regular eva-01 with both regular arms, the regular head and both shoulder pylons. they just dont give you the green pieces^^ (like this: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_YF1tNfQVN.....kw/s400/4.jpg)
you do get the umbilical cable, the pallet rifle and two progressive knives though! so all in all i think its a really great package^^

Huge fan of the original 0079 Mobile Suit Gundam arc with Amuro and Char.
