We did have some rather expensive repair work done it it a month ago, and now instead of a loathsome leakage we just have an odd krunk sound from time to time. I can live with that.

While visiting the Wikipedia main page recently, I saw a reference to something called the Toilet God (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toilet_god), which reminded me for some reason of this image:

This page, in turn, gave an additional and probably more appropriate reference to something called Šulak, the Babylonian Demon of the Privy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Šulak), According to Wiki:
