While visiting the Wikipedia main page recently, I saw a reference to something called the Toilet God (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toilet_god), which reminded me for some reason of this image:
This page, in turn, gave an additional and probably more appropriate reference to something called Šulak, the Babylonian Demon of the Privy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Šulak), According to Wiki:
[blockquote]
A "Lurker" is a type of demon who lies in wait in places where a potential victim is likely to be alone. When a man attends to excretory functions or elimination, he is exposed and hence vulnerable: "Šulak will hit him!"
[/blockquote]
