So whos hazard anyways? i always watch this guy but i dont know who he is, any explanation?

yea basically what eclipse said in a diff language that i half assed understood lol.

i just wanted a char that was similar to Haku from Spirited Away and I wanted a name that was similar to Hazel and Hazard sounded cool. Then i figured might as well put some sort of hazard sign on him and biohazard is the coolest one so...then I figured might as well make him glow green like hes radioactive.

So that's how you came up with this guy.
