Polar Bears are characters too!

One of things I wanted to have was the fact that the Polar Bear was as much of a character as Rosemary. This piece was done during what I call the Long torso era of my figure designs; for a couple years all my characters gain like an extra vertabrate or two until the probelm was corrected!
