Yeah, I decided to come back to show some of my stuff.

OH MY, he looks so fluffy and life-like!

What program did you use to create this, I'm curious.

He was actually rendered and modeled in Lightwave 7 using the Sasquatch plugin. (It's the best I've found so far for fur and even feathers!)

And I agree. There are so many 3D "artists" (and I use the term so lightly) that just pollute everything. It gives actual 3D model creators a bad name. And when I mention I create 3D furry models people say crap like "Oh, you mean like that blue fox girl." I just want to go insane and choke them to death. XD (I slowly began to hate seeing that model the more I seen it... It has 2 looks happy and crap-eatingly happy...) Sorry, I tend to ramble at times. XD

About 15 minutes or so. Lightwave is fairly fast to render with most of the time for me. It only lags if I overload a scene.

I never used 2010 of Max I still have Max 4 or 7... (Never had the cash to upgrade, and didn't use it enough to upgrade.) Anyhow, did they ever update their fur system? Just wondering. But yeah, Lightwave to me seems to be faster than most programs in the way of rendering.
