This week art block is my rule xP
I decided to spend the afternoon in the kitchen, and nothing better than a dessert to revitalize. Eclairs are not hard to do, take a little time, but the result really worth it ^^
Dough
100 g of butter
250 ml of water
150g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 eggs
Filling
200 ml of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of semisweet chocolate melted
4 tablespoons of fresh cream
Coating
semisweet chocolate melted
In a deep pan, melt the butter over low heat, add the water and let it boil. Remove from heat and add all the flour, mixing well until homogeneous; bring it back to the fire and stir until the dough drop from the bottom of the pan. Let it cool, add one egg at a time, beating well.
Spend the dough to a pastry bag and, in a greased baking sheet, make dough strips of about 5 cm. Bake at 180 ° untill nicely browned.
For the filling, melt the butter over low heat, combine condensed milk and over medium heat, stir with a wooden spoon until thickened. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Let cool and add the cream. Stick each end of the eclairs with a knife, and, using a pastry bag, fill until the filling out the other side.
After stuffing, melt the chocolate in a bain marie and dip the top of the eclair, drain off the excess and refrigerate until coverage crystallize.
