I showed this sketch journal to my therapist today. He seemed extremely impressed by it. He tried to put a sort of psychological context to the act of keeping a journal like this one. I don't recall everything he mentioned, but I remember him saying something along the lines of these doodles being a kind of snapshot of my imagination. To be honest I've never really thought of it like that before.
If it's true, then my imagination is like something out of a video game. Kinda makes sense though; considering how a lot of the games I used to play back during my teenaged years (like Dawn of War and Unreal Tournament 2004) had an influence on my art style.

I know this isn't exactly what the therapist said but isn't it kind of an obvious statement? As in what one draws or creates will most likely be out of their imagination (not sure if it makes sense to you what I'm saying). Maybe it's just me.
